10 Reasons to Eat the Yolk

Eggs…do i eat the whole egg? the whites only?  the yolk only?  Doctors have been telling people not to eat the yolks for years… well, let me tell you that you will not get high cholesterol from the yolks (especially if eating free range eggs) and that most of the nutrients in an egg come from the yolk! I call an egg a perfect protein! 2 eggs for breakfast with a veggie or fruit = ideal breakfast to start your day!

Starting your day with whole eggs will help regulate your blood sugar so you might eat less throughout the day. Eating eggs anytime of day can assist people in losing weight because eggs are an easy way to get satisfying protein and healthy fats into the diet. Always buy the best eggs you can afford preferably from organic, pastured chickens that do not eat soy! They are hard to find! Organic free range is the best for a grocery store!  egg2
